[Testo disponibile solo in inglese] "FastForward" - a camera based interactive video installation - is an unusual and thought provoking method of presenting high resolution time-lapse photography. The audience is invited to participate and interact with the projected image. Time is advanced locally and non-linearly by the motion of the participant, creating beautiful time warping effects. To install this on site i would need ideally a rear-projection screen and projector with space for audience members infront. A large LCD screen or simmilar would also work. however, the screen should not be facing a very crowded room because the camera tracking can be upset by lots of motion.
also notet: this installation is visually very appealing and the original source footage is available in HD or beyond. so depending on the avilable projector this could be presented at very high resolutions. it would be usefull for me to know this in advance.
