I just need to plug my computer. For audio I use a small Focusrite interface.

I work mainly in touchdwsigner, that's where the audio is processed and the visuals are generated. I work a lot with geometric instantiation and shaders.
I also use an open frameworks sketch that is controlled by the step sequencer in vdmx, where I also use some effects and mix the videos.
After that everything comes together in madmapper.
