Polosid is an italian musician and producer. His interest for electronic composition comes mainly from the c64 experience. He was only six when he started recording and mixing coarse tapes containing videogame themes and classic italo-disco hits of the time... and this is basically the same formula that characterize his production today: a strong 8bit imprint, treated with a uber-classic italo touch that comes along with rock&rolling vocals. Anyway it's hard to consider polosid as a solo project, because every polosid track contains the involvement of many other musicians, songwriters, performers, vjs and so on.. The most important apect of the polosid dimension is the live performance, that for now is essentially formulated as a duo (with the dj/producer Klaodeli) the polosid band creates an exciting show that joins hi-tech sound, pure impovisation, stunning vj sets (thanks to vjklat), sexy selfmade arcade-style sound machines and futurist computer controlled cloathes.
